In the Dreamwave continuity, the result of a program of experimentation initiated by the Decepticon Shockwave and carried out on captive Autobots to push the limits of transformation, Triple Changers are Transformers who could change into two different vehicles in addition to their robotic form.

Omega Sentinels
The Omega Sentinels were a mass-produced line of weapons of mass destruction sharing the same body-shape, created as part of "Project Omega". Each of the Omega Sentinels are named after the letters in the Greek alphabet. Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. (Strike Prototype; Rapid Engagement & Elimination Module) was the best known of the small-scale prototype Omega Sentinels that preceded Omega Supreme.[3]
